Ride Description: Colorburst 2003 (62 mile loop cut a bit short)

Thought(s) of the day: I should have known what to expect based on the moment I began to prep. my bike. I unscrewed the front cap to fill the tire to the correct pressure and ended up unscrewing the valve from the stem. Then after correcting that I noticed my front wheel which was trued only two rides ago had a loose spoke. Tightening the spoke just a bit to make sure it didn’t loose the nipple caused the wheel to come out of true. ARG!
Disappointed that I ended up stopping roughly every 6-10 miles to tighten the loose spoke and then I ended up cutting the route a bit short due to upper thigh cramping but all in all the day was absolutely beautiful and the scenery was splendid. Couldn’t ask for a nicer late season ride.
